How to raise a new ticket on the SecurityHQ Response app?
On the app home screen, you can see a floating plus button at the bottom right corner, tap on it and it will show two options, “Create Incident” and “Create Request”.
Let’s create a request now!
At the top of the screen, you can enter the title of the request, let’s use “Access request”
And now, let’s add a quick summary to it. Let’s select the level of “Severity” of this request. The moment you select the severity, the icon’s colour at the top left will change respectively. If the severity is critical, it would change to red.
Let us add a short description. Once this is done, then you can basically raise this request by tapping the ‘submit’ button at the bottom right corner.
A new ID number will be assigned to the newly raised ticket.
