Inclusivity and Respect – At the Heart of All We Do.
SecurityHQ takes pride in our attitude towards diversity and respect.
We are a multinational company, with offices around the globe. In each office we employ many different people, of differing nationalities, backgrounds, religions, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, and genders. We are all unique, and it is this combination of difference and inclusivity that makes us such a rich organisation.
With diversity comes equality. This means that SecurityHQ upholds fairness to all, including equal opportunities, and equal treatment, regardless of who you are. This is something that we maintain and is the foundation to our company ethos and values.
Not only do our values make us stronger as a team, but they make us technically greater. The ability to hire talent from anywhere in the world is our advantage and creates an incredible cocktail. Because our team comes from different parts of the world, this means that we have a combined wealth of differing ideas, experiences, ways of doing things, and skill sets, based on elements such as our varying cultural backgrounds, the regions that we have worked in and everything else that makes us the people we are today.
Anything is possible, by anyone. Our L1’s are our future L3’s. We respect that it does not matter where you come from, or which office you work in, we maintain absolute respect towards everyone, and we will not tolerate anything less than that.
We work in an industry which is, in general, underrepresented by women. Which is why we are proud to maintain an equal balance. For instance, 80% of our workforce in the UK are women, and the percentage of women to men is growing in our offices around the world. But, regardless of the number of women that SecurityHQ employs, what matters is that all people have the opportunity and chance to grow, to evolve their careers, and push themselves in the direction they want, regardless of their sex or gender.
No matter what religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, we treat each other with the same amount of respect. We do not stereotype, and we do not make assumptions.
As an organisation we have grown into something quite incredible and have done this off the back of a positive attitude. This is what all SecurityHQ employees have in common. Our mindsets are positive. Our attitudes are positive. What we do is difficult, and we climb mountains every day. We can only do that as a team, and with an open-minded approach to any and all challenges.
