Job Description
This is a senior, hands‑on position where you’ll be trusted to manage the full revenue and collections lifecycle, from customer invoicing and deferred revenue through to accruals, reporting, and collections.
You’ll partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Leadership teams, bringing clarity, accuracy, and structure to a complex revenue environment.

This role is hybrid 3 days a week in our office in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities
• Owning and continuously improving the customer invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Managing deferred revenue in line with IFRS 15, maintaining clear schedules and reconciliations
• Preparing and reviewing month‑end accruals, ensuring balances are complete and well supported
• Leading collections and accounts receivable activities, building strong stakeholder relationships and improving DSO
• Producing insightful revenue, debtors, and ageing reports for senior management
• Supporting audits, controls, and robust financial governance
• Reconciling intercompany revenue within a growing multinational group
• Contributing ideas to improve finance processes as the business scales
