Job Description:
- The Associate – HR Operations will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
- This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
• Assist in employee exits, including clearance and documentation.
• Assist with the performance management process.
HR Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit).
Payroll & Attendance Support
• Ensure accurate payroll monthly inputs are shared with the processing team.
• Track attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
Background Verification (BGV)
• Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of BGV.
Employee Query management
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies.
• Support HR initiatives and engagement activities.
HR System
• Manage and update employee data in HRMS tools
