Job Description:
SecurityHQ is a global organization providing managed detection and response (MDR) services to its global customers by monitoring their IT infrastructure for cyber security attacks. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in the Global Sales & Pre-sales function, driving new business development by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage a sales team, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing timely solutions.
