Job Description

Are you an experienced Partner Marketing Manager who is looking to make their next move in IT? If you have experience developing the brand, marketing campaigns, and lead generation throughout the channel, and are looking to make the step in to Cyber Security, then this could be your next role.

SecurityHQ is established Global Independent MSSP supplying services to both Corporate and Public Sector since the early 00’s. We are now looking to add an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to our team. If you think you have what it takes, then read on.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.

As Partner Marketing Manager you will lead the development and amplification of our partner marketing strategy and be responsible for driving and implementing channel marketing activity across specific channels and partners. You will have a good understanding of the marketing mix and be confident working with data and insights to drive end-to-end solutions across digital & social, brand, media, and events. You will also be in partnership with our sales team to implement channel management solutions and interact with external partners.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the appropriate partner/channel marketing mix and supporting campaigns, including web, email, events, social media, and advertising.
  • Develop and work out partner-specific marketing strategies and align with internal sales team, reseller, and external stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Help our partners grow their business through the development of co-marketing activities, co-branded asset creation, and co-marketing guidelines.
  • Act as main business lead for both marketing and business matters (both launch, and lifecycle management related) representing assigned channel accounts.
  • Generate reports and data analysis to show what worked and what was less effective for different channel markets and audiences.
  • Production of outbound promotional material and campaign collateral, case studies, company, propositions service descriptions, website text, promotional flyers, and press releases.
  • Develop, drive and scale SecurityHQ’s live and digital events strategy.
  • Manage, and maintain Partner Portal engagement, training, and onboarding new Partners
Your Profile
  • You have 3yrs+ marketing experience working across the marketing mix
  • Proven working experience in driving business growth within your channel
  • Experience working across multiple accounts and partners
  • Familiar with large budget and P&Ls
  • Strong at stakeholder management both with internal and external partners
  • Fantastic operational skills to deliver projects and campaigns that are best-in-class
  • Must be interested and passionate about technology, highly preferred with existing experience in cyber security
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
  • Process driven
  • Motivated, driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Working experience with HubSpot CRM and WordPress is a plus
  • Resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, and committed
