SecurityHQ is a global organization providing managed detection and response (MDR) services to its global customers by monitoring their IT infrastructure for cyber security attacks.
Business Development Team is one of the critical functions of the company who generates the new business by meeting potential clients and understand their needs and provide relevant solution.
This position is for Business Development Representative whose primary responsibility is to Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within the APAC region using various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold calling. The role is predominantly focused on outbound lead generation.
- Outreach & Engagement: Execute and manage multi-channel outbound outreach strategies to effectively engage potential prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies, sharing insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads diligently and nurture relationships to guide prospects through the sales funnel towards conversion, with a primary focus on outbound-generated leads.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
- Event Participation: Support the sales team in organizing and attending industry events, webinars, and conferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Qualification: Effectively qualify outbound leads and direct them to the appropriate sales resources.
- Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation activities, successes, and challenges to the BDR Manager and Sales Managers.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of outreach and lead generation.
