Job Description
Plan, prepare and implement firewall, network security device’s change and
incidents that are requested by clients as per the Change Management
framework defined by the company. Troubleshooting and resolving security, service and devices related incidents, and provide RCAs whenever required as per Incident Management framework
defined by company. Deploy, and configuration different network solutions as per the client
requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and confidently on single or multiple projects
- Data centre and client network security operations and management for NGFW
(Palo Alto/Checkpoint/Fortinet/Cisco ASA/Juniper etc.) security devices. - Successful application and operations of technologies such as IPS/IDS/UTM, Cloud
Network and Infrastructure with troubleshooting and management. - Mentor and shadow Associates/Freshers.
- Create and plan documentations, RFCs, SOPs as required by the team.
- Ability to use and configure availability monitoring tools such as
Nagios/PRTG/SolarWinds/Algosec etc. - Coordinate and communicate with client team, Internal business units and
vendors for change implementation for required product support.
